I wish I liked squash more.
This time of year there are so many good looking squash recipes out there. Oh, the soups.
But, at the end of the day I find squash is strange and I can't do it.
Don't even get me started on sweet potatoes. Yes, before you ask, I have had sweet potato fries. They did nothing to sway me.
