Interesting Real Estate Development

The house across the street was listed on MLS today.

There have been rumours that they were going to sell since we moved in. It has finally happened.

The house is listed at $250,000. It is a tear down.

The Audis and Lexus SUV's are already cruising by scouting the house.

I can not wait to see what is going to happen. It can only be better than what is there now.
