We are at a cute little resort an hour outside the city this week and will be going to another cute little resort 2.5 hours outside the city next week. Yup, life is hard in these woods.
We have been swimming and playing and hiking and finally, yesterday (it snowed), we went skiing. The wonderful, perfect base, skiing snow all melted a couple of days before we got there. JEM, Dutch and I had quite the adventure. We only had to take our skis off twice to portage across running water.
In the meantime, thought I'd show you our ski waxing sweatshop that we have set up in our front hall. They don't always work fast, but they sure like what they do, and they bring in the big bucks.
