All he asks for is a spice raisin cake with caramel fudge icing.
Since he was visiting during his birthday and since it was his 65th and all I found a recipe and made him a Spice Raisin Cake with Caramel Fudge Icing.
Since no one but him wanted the raisins in the cake I only put them in one quarter of the cake.
Dutch is not known for being particular about his food and beverage, but when asked if I had to boil the raisins to plump them up he said YES. So I did. Then I had to remember and mark where those raisins were.
Happy birthday Dutch. You rock.
