The Costume That Never Gets Too Small

I made the jaguar costume for Maxman when he was about 18 months old.

I thought it was time to get rid of it lately and had it by the front door to give it away. A friend stopped by and said it was her favourite costume ever and that I could never get rid of it.

So I kept it and then today Maxman put part of it on.

It still fits:

p.s. See those beautiful teeth? Maxman fell off his scooter on the way to tennis camp last week and bashed those teeth on the sidewalk. At least they are still in his mouth.

This was from Halloween 2006. Maxman was a tomato and Hops & Barley was the jaguar:
