Biking Back

p.s. Please wear a bike helmet. I saw a woman crash off her bike today while trying to avoid getting hit by a car. I cleared her bike and gear off the street and a good friend (who just finished wilderness first aid) tended to her and another man called the paramedics. She crashed in front of the bike store so they took her bike in while she went to the hospital. She had a nice gash on her head but seemed to be okay. She WAS NOT wearing a helmet. She is very lucky. Please wear your helmet.
