And So It Comes To An End

It's been a wonderful 9 months.

We have had so much fun as a family. We are really lucky that JEM got 9 months off of work to stay home with us.

We will miss him so much.

He will miss us, especially when he's sitting in his stuffy ol' cube, staring out at the Gatineaus on a sunny day.

Hops & Barley offered to go in to work with him tomorrow. She was deadly serious and was confused when we told her she couldn't. So sweet.

We spent the day hanging out doing family stuff. JEM was crawling with kids most of the day. It was a beautiful sight.

We made brownies for JEM for dessert tonight. One of his favourite desserts.

The big kids ate dinner early and wanted the brownies when they were done. I told them they were for Father's Day and had to wait until dad was back from his run to try one.

Hops and Barley said, "It's not Father's Day. It's Marley Day and I would like one now."
