Her husband couldn't make it (he made "head" mechanic at the bike shop where he volunteers and last night was his first night in charge).
So I was up. It was a lovely play in a great venue, and was only five blocks from my house.
The actors were great, but I just kept thinking about the sets the whole time and what fun they must have had putting them together. Set designing....hmmmm....I could start building some in my big garage and have the neighbourhood kids and my kids put on plays.
My very own version of MTYP.
Ponin and Body could write our first original production. What a fun summer project!
What a great idea!!! I just went to Prairie Theatre and was thinking the same thing about their set. Usually Prairie has minimal sets but not this play!!!
